How do fees work on GSS?
Joining and starting a shop on GSS it's free or a monthly fee of $50 Plus, Services and Slabs/Tile plans. There are three basic selling fees: a transaction fee, a monthly fee, and a pay per click fee. There's also an advertising fee for sales that come from Ads. Once an item sells, there is a fee that varies from 20% to 10% transaction fee on the sale price (including the shipping price you set). Pay Per Click fees are $2.50 per click in any of your products on Services and Slabs/Tile plans You pay an advertising fee of $0.50 per click on. When you open your GSS shop, you can decide if you want to participate in GSS's advertising services.
What do I need to do to create a shop?
It's easy to set up a shop on Global Stone Suppliers. Create an account (if you don't already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, and finally set a billing method "PayPal and Stripe" (how you want to pay your Global Stone Suppliers fees).
How do I get paid?
With Global Stone Suppliers Payments, our easy-to-use and secure payment system, we accept payments from a wide variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and GSS Gift Cards. Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account in your currency through Paypal or Stripe, no matter how or from where the buyer pays.
How does GSS protect sellers?
Seller Protection is a program that offers you peace of mind in the event of a transaction dispute. If you are unable to resolve a disagreement with a buyer and the transaction meets eligibility requirements, Global Stone Suppliers will help you resolve the issue through our dispute resolution system.
